This is a song that I found just by chance (I heard it on the end titles of a movie), memorized some lines and then made a research on YouTube. 

It is awesome...Ray Lamontagne has given a gem to his listeners.  Such a haunting voice...that lingers on.  The words, so true, so melanchonic, so real...

Technology is cool...however, there's nothing like vinyl...that cool (scratchy/raspy) sound, that has so much soul and so much life...warmth...~♥~


Many people, when you talk to them and you say that you're a DJ and still use vinyl...look at you as if you're coming from crazy land (I am from Syrius, by the way).  Ah, but it's old stuff (another recurrent comment/remark)...and I smile back saying...sure, some is old (received from Recording Companies, from markets/exhibitions/garage sales, or other)...but a lot of it (especially the Elektro House and Rock) I buy now.  So many people, not from the trade, are totally surprised...  Some don't even know what vinyl is!

A Tribute to an Italian Artist: LUCIO DALLA (past on March 1, 2012/Thurs.)

In tribute...to Lucio Dalla, a little Big Man, an Artist...ironic, funny...sometimes vulgar, but himself...I knew him personally, having met for interviews, but also away from that stuff. This is an album that was given to me by BMG in promotion, in 2003...and I always liked this *Ciao*, an international salute...This is how we should remember him, in my thinking...(~_*) Another star, on the stars, into the great wide blue...((In tributo a...Lucio Dalla, un piccolo Grande Uomo, un Artista...ironico, buffo, qualche volta volgare, ma se stesso...L'ho conosciuto personalmente, prima durante interviste, poi anche in altri momenti. Questo e' un album ke mi e' stato dato come promo copy dalla Casa Discografica, nel 2003...mi e' sempre piaciuto questo *Ciao*, un saluto internazionale...E' cosi...' ke ce Lo dovremmo ricordare, per come la penso Io, ovviamente...(~_*) Un'altra Stella, sulle stelle, nel grande esteso blue...))

a tribute to Whitney Houston...(2012.2.13/Mon.)

Note:  this is something I wrote on one of my groups on Fakebook (I call it *Fakebook*, it is my given word, but in reality it is Facebook), called *LovePeaceMusex*, and I wrote it on Sunday (Feb. 12)...I wish to post it here too.  Just a small tribute to a Great Talent...a lovely Lady.  People can say whatever they want:  a lot of negative things too.  It was her life, and unfortunately she passed on...Memories of Whitney will always live on.

Just yesterday, I was going through my 45rpms, and came across Whitney Houston...Looked at the picture (from the eighties) and thought of her. She had recently stepped out of the dark side of life, coming back to the limelight, with new projects, new Music, maybe a new Grammy...Awesome voice...and now...sadness...(;o(* Another Star, resting on the stars, with other Stars...singing up there, beyond the great wide blue.~*~

Am posting this video, one of the songs from The Bodyguard, where she sang and acted, and for which she won a Grammy Award...*I Will Always Love You*...You will always be remembered, in time...We are just (All of us) in a passage through the path of life...
